BEWARE
BEWARE! First card I used was denied by my bank, 2nd card used resulted in an email from ADC saying there "payment gateway was down". First CS representative said my order would process the day I contacted them, it didn't. I contacted them the next day and was asked to hold FIVE times every 3 minutes. When "Jaimie" finally got to me, all he did was ask for my email address so he could "check if can arrange visa payment for you or not". Why they need my email address (they should already have it from the order # i provided) to process a payment method makes no sense. I ended the chat there and came here to warn others. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIS WEBSITE. All the 5 star reviews for ADC on TrustPilot are fake and generic, notice how its the only website they've reviewed. You've been warned.

I give 1 star , because in-spite of giving them all the contact details, they dont communicate not their workflow doesn't work ! , they dont even know the status , they dont work 24/7.
if they dont know , they should say dont know , but they talk as if they know anything and everything in the world of creditcard, because of them another 5 days got delayed . eventually my India credit card worked. I got my medication though, Thank for the help..

Lost my bitcoin transaction
They lost my bitcoin transaction and I had to beg for three weeks for them to get their act together. Even their payment processor sent me a email saying they had it. It was easily tracked in the blockchain that someone had spent the money, but they kept saying they needed to look into it. Then just shipped it without saying anything almost a month later, not even a apology.
