I have been with this company for 3…
I have been with this company for 3 years, has always had excellent turn around time and honest, about shipment arrival. I am totally disappointed with the service being provided, over my last 2 orders. Must find a new supplier ASAP

Serious customer service failures with recent orders!
Never had a problem on previous orders; however, these last two orders have been an absolute disaster. I have called at least 5 times; I can never speak with a manager; they always have to arrange a call back; managers apologize for poor customer service and state they will have someone to call back in the next 24 hours, which comes and goes and never receive a call back. Tracking information (supposedly item shipped over 7 days ago) still does not register on the USPS website as a valid tracking number. On another order, total was debited out of my back account on the day at the order was placed. Yet I receive an email 10 days later indicating that my payment failed. I call and speak to another customer service agent and they have no clue why I received an email indicating that the payment failed and state that the order will ship within the next 24 hours. Those 24 hours come and go . . . still no valid tracking information -- 10-plus days after placing the order!BTW -- I'm still waiting on a manager to call me back!

Unacceptable Covid Issues
Have had good experiences with ADC in the past, but during this COVID period it's a complete mess. Multiple notifications of shipped products only to use the tracking number and find that it's listed as "pre-shipping". I placed the order about seven weeks ago and still pre-shipping despite last notice almost three weeks ago that my order shipped. They are not responding to email requests for info either. Of course they did debit my bank account as soon as the order was placed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Terrible company. Terrible customer service
I recently had the misfortune of ordering a $15.50 product from Alldaychemist.com. After hitting the submit order button I was taken to a page that said "Free Shipping on May 3" and immediately tried to cancel my order because the shipping fee was $20 (ridiculous!). I was told that an echeck was already submitted and if I wanted to cancel I would be charged another $10 as a cancellation fee. Again, a ridiculous charge because they didn't even have time to submit an echeck before i tried to cancel! Plus, after several emails they told me they never said they had free shipping, only a 20% discount. Too bad I didn't take a screen shot of the Free Shipping page! After arguing back and forth, I was told they would not charge me the cancellation fee if I wanted to go ahead and order (big of them, don't you think?). I said to go ahead and send the order. Three days after them debiting my account for $35.50 (for a $15.50 order!) I received an email stating that they were migrating to a new website and to give them 1-2 days to get up and running. It is now 5/15 and I sent an email asking where my product is and received an email saying that COVID-19 is impacting them and... "Please expect delays of two to three working days. " Well, if I was PO'd before, I am certainly really, really PO'd now! This company is terrible and I hope no one else has the misfortune of using them again. I don't know who all the people are who gave them 5 stars, but I'm willing to bet that they are all friends or relatives of the owners!!!

I have never seen a shipment take this long with an end of nowhere in sight
Even in the midst of all this pandemic.I made an order before all of this happened Around March 7 and come mid April still hasn’t even been shipped they’re offering 20% discount for anyone who orders after they start shipping again I’ve asked them if they would apply the same discount that they’re offering everyone else to my order or add 20% more product And they just sidestep the question and said that they can’t find my shipment but they guarantee it was already shipped and that they’re going to ship another one that has yet to be shipped and it’s going to take 40 working days to get to me after it’s already been two solid months and I still don’t have my medication and now they’re telling me it’s gonna be another two months with out any compensation For all the BS that they’re putting me through
