Open box, contents falling out.

Box came from Germany. Ripped open and stuffed in my mailbox. No attempt was made to tape it back together. It had no paperwork in the box. No idea if the paperwork came out and my personal information is floating around somewhere. Was the contents tampered with? I’m disappointed with a company that is generally trustworthy.

I was disappointed in this last of three orders that I’ve placed with AllDayChemist. The past two orders arrived in about three weeks. This one took seven weeks to arrive and there was a lack of communication from ADC which is reflected in my rating.

Shipment did not arrive for 3 months - accounting issues

Shipment did not arrive for 3 months. Upon enquiring, they claimed not having received the payment. Had to produce payment evidence twice, with the reply they did not get it and 'i should check with my bank'. Eventually they found it and shipped. Their accounting is a mess, first they did not book the payment, then afterwards could not find it back. I would refrain from wiring money and look for a credit card or paypal payment option.

Disappointed!

Too many split orders without informing… Too many split orders without informing customer of extra tracking numbers. Some items missing without being replaced. Long time disappointed customer!
