EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
The company's customer service was NOT "rude", that is NOT the issue. It has been ONE MONTH and I still have not received my order. This has happened before; it is not a 1 time issue. I have received orders from CHINA FASTER than this! I was charged $15.00 for shipping a VERY SMALL package. It is the EXCESSIVE time it takes to process the order after you place the order: It will be approximately 7 days before the order is packed "after you place the order", then another 4-6 days before it is actually shipped. Then, the hassle of waiting for a TRACKING NUMBER: Ten days later, go to your "account page" on their web site and find there is NO record of an order even being placed and NO tracking number. So write and call and then, they send you an e-mail directing you to "click on this link" to see your tracking number, so you do, and still NO tracking number. I am in the United States, so understandably, I expect the time to receive my order would be approximately 2 weeks or less with any other company I have dealt with.I need to find another company that can ship out and deliver faster than this. Other than that, the prices are good, as long as you do not mind paying $15.00 for shipping a VERY SMALL package.
