EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

The company's customer service was NOT "rude", that is NOT the issue. It has been ONE MONTH and I still have not received my order. This has happened before; it is not a 1 time issue. I have received orders from CHINA FASTER than this! I was charged $15.00 for shipping a VERY SMALL package. It is the EXCESSIVE time it takes to process the order after you place the order: It will be approximately 7 days before the order is packed "after you place the order", then another 4-6 days before it is actually shipped. Then, the hassle of waiting for a TRACKING NUMBER: Ten days later, go to your "account page" on their web site and find there is NO record of an order even being placed and NO tracking number. So write and call and then, they send you an e-mail directing you to "click on this link" to see your tracking number, so you do, and still NO tracking number. I am in the United States, so understandably, I expect the time to receive my order would be approximately 2 weeks or less with any other company I have dealt with.I need to find another company that can ship out and deliver faster than this. Other than that, the prices are good, as long as you do not mind paying $15.00 for shipping a VERY SMALL package.

If you want to order from this company, it's best to do way far in advance of when you need the product. For some reason, they had a problem with my bank which no other company ever has had. So there was over a week delay there. Then the shipping took at least two weeks. I probably won't use this company again. I had no idea it was being shipped from China

My pkg sat in Singapore for 1 week

My pkg sat in Singapore for 1 week! I have been ordering from you folks since 2000’s and when I pay for postage my pkg gets here within a week give or take a day...when you offer free shipping it takes MUCH longer! Very disappointing! I suggest not shipping through Singapore in future! ??

The personnel were wonderful...

The personnel I dealt with were wonderful. Unfortunately the order was wrong. I purchased a small quantity of close-to- expiration product plus a larger amount of extended date. The order arrived with all close-to-expiration date. Personnel very helpful in getting it corrected. I've always had wonderful service and delivery in the past; this was an exception.

I was blacklisted by AllDay

I was blacklisted by the payment company and they couldn't tell me why or correct it. I emailed and called alldaychemist, and got no information. I called the payment company because they gave me an email saying my order was denied. Yet it showed up in the mail even after all my calls that I made to try to understand what was going on. The company didn't know or help me nor did the financing vendor. I still got my stuff but I'm still blacklisted and I don't know why?
