paid over 1000.00 with bitcoin. overpaid by 250.00 and was told it was because of bitcoin fluctuation. no way. I have used the same bitcoin payment gateway before with other companies and always received a refund. Im done sending people their way.

Had much trouble using a credit card for payment.. It took 1 week to finally figure out that the credit card information was not taken so the order had not been placed. Much improvement needs to be made to the website on being able to pay using a visa or master card.

STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

Once you make a purchase, be prepared to be called twice a day for YEARS. And no matter how many times you ask, they will NEVER remove your name or stop calling. This alone makes them unacceptable and I would caution anyone to think twice about giving them your number.
