Bad shipping experience…

I had a good experience with Alldaychemist up to the last purchase. My order was split and shipped in two packages, which created me paying double in pick-up fees as I on “pay per package” plan with my carrier company. No one from Alldaychemist ever tried to contact me to inquire if that shipping method would be acceptable for me or not!

Payment process is horrible

Payment process is horrible. Web site says you can pay by mailing a check with certain conditions - mailed a check & was told they couldn't take a check but could pay with credit card - which was not an option when placing the order. Paid to stop payment on the check & entered a credit card number. Then got message that they couldn't accept the credit card. Told them to cancel the order & I would order elsewhere - only then did they figure out how to process it.

Checkout always a series of dramas

Good products but a cumbersome checkout process. Having ordered from them on several occasions, it has always taken a month or more to finalise orders. The company really needs to make changes to how customers can pay for their orders in a timely way so there isn’t a delay in receiving goods. It has been my experience that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to finalise orders before I have been able to receive my order.

Unpleasant experience

I've been using ADC for years and really regreet giving ADC only 2*, because is the first time I get a really poor service from the customer service operators to the mailing services in my last order. It took a 10+ days delay of back and forth of emails and calls checking with the accounting dept before processing my order, and after they promised to send my package as Urgent, it was received 25 days later. Really upsetting and frustrating.
