Harassing phone calls .....

Great product. But they sell your customer info. And call constantly. I get 1-2 sales calls a week. Very unprofessional. And very annoying. I would give 1 star. But the product I order is great. Only if they would take me off the call list. ( I’ve asked about a hundred times) I would suggest not using your real phone number.

Placebo product

The service was good and the shipping was quick. However, the product itself was a placebo and did not work. I’ll probably stick to the real stuff as the generics (Indian brand) I bought from here did not do anything.

Sildiafil Citrate-viagra has a 24 month shelf life. I received product that was 13 months old.

Calls and emails have gone unanswered. Not happy and not impressed with a supposedly reputable company.I will say that the product-Eriacta works very well, I'm just concerned that it will expire-lose potency before i can use it. Had i known I'd be getting old product, i would've ordered less.

Questionable practices

The first order I placed with ADC was fine. The products arrived in a timely fashion and the products themselves work fine. The reason this review is two stars is due to an event that occured a couple weeks after my first order. I received a notification email telling me that I had placed an order that I didn't recall making. This alarmed me and I went through the process of deactivating my debit card. I then looked up this issue and found other consumer reports of people's bank information being used to make other purchases outside their knowledge or consent. I recieved another email from ADC saying it was due to their automated system that i recieved the first email, but my trust has shaken considerably.

You lost my customer loyalty when you provided my cell phone number to telemarketers. Previously I used your service without question and didn't bother to shop your competition. Now, I use you as a last choice. Previously I enthusiastically recommended you to my friends. Now I include you as an option but with a stern warning to never provide a phone number or personal email address. Disclosing my email has cost you thousands of dollars in sales from me and my friends.

It took longer than I expected to …

It took longer than I expected to receive the product. Also, the billing was confusing. My e-check didn't clear immediately so I got something saying my credit card was charged only to find out after a call that the e-check did clear.
