Not the greatest transaction

I ordered some meds, sent them a money order, waited and waited.... not in stock!! So don't take my order... after 2 months they substituted a less desirable product. Needless to say I was disappointed. They need to get creative with finding a way to use credit cards

On site ordering procedure to receipt …

On site ordering procedure to receipt of product is terrible. Site shows where (as normal with other business) you can use a credit/debit card to process. However at the end of the day your forced to use E-check. I suggested to them either fix it or take off the other choices. Then you have to wait weeks for check to clear before order is shipped. Then add the fact it's coming from India, can take a month or more to receive. I also advised cust. service rep. that considering this is MEDICATION they need to drastically improve from the whole order date until received.

All Day Chemist is extremely

All Day Chemist is extremely, extremely slow to ship items. They take almost a week at best to even dispatch a package and then on top of that it takes, even more, days to get a tracking number. I will be looking into other resources going forward.

was not able to track the progress of my order. When I contacted the company, I was met with just use the tracking program. Delivery was supposed to be in 2 weeks,but it took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. Was in New York for 1 week. Product was fine but the shipping and the company's response was painful.

Overseas delivery takes about a month, customs delay a week but no problem Shipping cost around 30, but with planning and batching orders big savings. Even with insurance my med cost $95, the generic cost 11, same as a pharmacy in Mexico or India. All day pharm was recommended to me by people who have been using them with good results, I expect quality.
