Generally satisfied

I have been generally satisfied with ADC for the last ~ 2 years. Sometimes the shipments are slow. I understand slowness because of COVID 19 but this last shipment still has not arrived. I think they went with another shipping method which, for me, is a fail.

The website appears different

The website appears different, as if it has not loaded properly and will not allow me to 'add to my cart'. After conversations with staff I was informed the problem was with my 'browser' even after I tried two other computer/browsers and had my sister in another city/different browser/internet service. I was able to order by phone and now may be subject to higher prices since I was not able to use an e-check to pay. To add insult to injury All Day Chemist just sent an email saying I could be a reduction in shipping....funny it wasn't mention before. PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE - I DEPEND ON YOUR PRODUCTS TO LIVE!!!

Great Company!

Great company! I've been ordering from them for years. Much better prices than with insurance in the U.S. Edited: They have recently changed their shipping to DHL and after 6 weeks, I still have not received my order and I'm out of my meds. They claim they cannot track the order. Unacceptable!

The delay in delivery is certainly a downer, but I also haven’t been able to get certain medications. Plus I’ve been a customer for years and feel you should have some sort of loyalty reward. Thank you
