I have ordered from this site for a couple of years with no problem but recently arrived with the wrong amount of medicine. After arguing via email after the rep had the gall to ask me why I was complaining and refused to even look into the matter I’m now in search of another online pharmacy. So FYI if they ever send an incorrect order don’t expect them to do anything about it.

Order was made with my credit card. Order was cancelled by ADC. Refund was intended for Paypal by ADC, but I do not have a paypal account, and do not want one. Credit was not given on my next order. 6 Weeks to Receive Order!

Being used to Amazon Prime when I receive my order delivered to my front door in 3 days, AllDayChemist's delivery time of 43 days is completely unacceptable. The customer service staff is excellent but the order filling department within AllDayChemist is exceedingly slooooooow. The shipping method chosen is terrible being the "Slow Boat from China".

My box arrived completely damaged

My box arrived completely damaged. The exterior was wet and torn so much so that the shipping company had to reseal it. The contents we also damaged and the tubes of Retinol were HOT to the touch. I don't know if the contents are still safe to use after being in such a hot environment.
