Order not shipped and no communication
I placed an order on March 7, 2020 for five different items. I rec'd a shipping notice on March 12th, and then another shipping notice with a second tracking number a few days later. Eventually, I rec'd three small items but not the major items in my order even though I received another email in March advising me they were out for delivery. Well, it is now April 16th, and the two major items in my order (which I'm assuming correspond to the first tracking number I received) are STILL listed as being in "pre-shipment" mode on the USPS tracking website. Please note, my order was placed BEFORE Alldaychemist started experiencing shipping issues due to Covid-19. I have contacted customer service at Alldaychemist twice now to request a refund. The first response I received gave me the tracking numbers I already had. The response to my second email said they're migrating their website and can't access order history or tracking so they won't be able to respond for a day or two. That was a couple of days ago. I am unhappy because (1) the shipping information was false (2) I have not received a response to the emails i've sent (3) as a long-time customer, I expect more than a form letter when I have a problem with an order. Accordingly, I cannot recommend Alldaychemist, as I have in the past, and I will no longer order from them.
