Order not shipped and no communication
I placed an order on March 7, 2020 for five different items. I rec'd a shipping notice on March 12th, and then another shipping notice with a second tracking number a few days later. Eventually, I rec'd three small items but not the major items in my order even though I received another email in March advising me they were out for delivery. Well, it is now April 16th, and the two major items in my order (which I'm assuming correspond to the first tracking number I received) are STILL listed as being in "pre-shipment" mode on the USPS tracking website. Please note, my order was placed BEFORE Alldaychemist started experiencing shipping issues due to Covid-19. I have contacted customer service at Alldaychemist twice now to request a refund. The first response I received gave me the tracking numbers I already had. The response to my second email said they're migrating their website and can't access order history or tracking so they won't be able to respond for a day or two. That was a couple of days ago. I am unhappy because (1) the shipping information was false (2) I have not received a response to the emails i've sent (3) as a long-time customer, I expect more than a form letter when I have a problem with an order. Accordingly, I cannot recommend Alldaychemist, as I have in the past, and I will no longer order from them.

Orders take FOREVER to arrive!
I placed an order on Feb 10, 2020. It is now March 5, 2020 and tracking status still says: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

Used to be good before, New website ruined everything about payment. They do not even contact you if payment doesn't go through. CS not very helpful. Same answer every time. Shopping used to be good now it is slow and delivered in multiple deliveries and they don't even tell you. Dissatisfied now. Used to be better Payment was declined not due to my error but your new website. Not the reason you gave to me in your late reply. Used the same payment method for years

The meds I received were already 7 month into their 24 month effective date. They were made in July 2019 and expire on July 2021.
I got them in January 2020. Since I order them in batches, some may expire before I get to use them. Also, I question the strength of the meds. Not sure they're consistent. I take the same dose each time, but sometimes it's effective, but other times, they were weaker than expected. Quality control seems to be a problem.

Waited nearly 2 months for my order
Waited nearly 2 months for my order. Unacceptable. If it were not for decent communication and price points I would have give 0 stars if that had been an option. My check to the company went out on a timely basis....but it was weeks and weeks before it was cashed. There was definitely a disconnect between the time the check was received and the order processed. There was not issue on "my" end.
