The payment process is not good
The payment process is not good. Paying by physical or E-check is not convenient at all. I made a mistake with my account number and someone from the finance department called me a week later and advised me to make another purchase with the correct number. She assured me this would fix my issue and I would only be shipped/billed for one product. I followed her instructions and was soon contacted again letting me know I still had an order to pay for and that I was shipped 2 tubes of product. I did not need two but, ended up having to pay again since it had already shipped. If payment becomes easier in the future I may shop your site again. But I am done for now.
