When things go well, fantastic! Otherwise, be prepared to be ignored
We have been dealing with ADC for several years. Normally all is well with minor shipping/customs delays. BUT when there are serious delays, do not expect a reply to inquiries in a timely manner, if EVER.

I'm not concerned about the potency of the product up to the time of expiration. But I will have at least one full tube after that date. I did not know that I would need to contact the company before placing my order.

I was charged twice for the same…
I was charged twice for the same product, and I’ve been waiting for over a month to have customer service “review” my bank statements proving the second unnecessary transaction, and reimburse me. Emailing back and forth between customer service is prompt. I’m just irritated with the system glitch that charged me twice in the first place
