Ordering by e-check is a royal PITA and needs to be fixed!
Your order does not immediately go through. They send you an email and you have to click on a link in it to "send money". Then i had to fill out my e-check info again (name, address, routing & account numbers). I've never had to do this before with any order in my life anywhere! Secondly, they seem to have a problem cashing e-checks in general.After doing the above, i was told it still didn't go through. I was then asked to take a photo of my actual paper check (filled out to them) and send it to them as an attachment, along with a separate statement (emailed to them at ADC) that i have indeed placed this order and that, that is my bank and my account. This e-check ordering is a PITA and needs to be remedied! Otherwise i love alldaychemist. In reply to ADC's response below: There is no other alternative for me since i don't have a credit card. I have a Visa debit card for my bank account (the same bank account my e-check draws from) - but ADC does not accept any debit cards, so i'm stuck with having to pay with an e-check.
