Would not take my payment via check…

Would not take my payment via check after many previous orders using this method . Left me unsure if the order was received or not . The NEXT day I received a text saying the payment was under investigation and would be notified the next day . NOT A GOOD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS

Shipping is expensive and takes 3 to 4 weeks. For a wait like that, it should be free.

When placing an order the people you speak with her very nice and courteous but from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it is a very long time. Generally when I place an order, there is a long processing time and then an additional amount of time for shipping to New York. Between processing and shipping it takes a month to receive my order. If you need your medication right away then this would not work for you. If you can order in advance then this would be the right place to order from.

Competitors offer better deals on most items

Prices are usually higher than other retailers. There are few sales worthwhile, and the rewards for being a recurring customer are limited. I've reduced my use of Alldaychemist because other competitors usually have better deals.

Payment Frustration

We love the convenience and pricing, but the payment system is very frustrating. Always declines our credit card on order page, then sends out another email next day or so for payment process of same card, which is then accepted.
