Shipping is very slow. Tracking updates are not timely. The payment system is clunky and bolt-on and should seamless.

The product is good

The product is good, the payment went fine. However, I specified an address with a company name and this was not used when the product was sent to me even though it showed correctly on the confirmation. This required me to go to the post office to pick up. This has happened before, but does not happen every time. It appeared that a different label was applied to the package woth an address different than was in the confirmation. I have photos if you need to see.
