Please streamline process.

Love the product. But the payment process is problematic. I'm not ever able to pay online. Your system doesn't work, so I have to call to an agent and reply to a link. Please streamline that process. I will say, delivery time was the quickest it's ever been, so that's a plus! Thank You.

The product was great. the only reason for giving 3 stars that shipping took a long time in the process to order was too complex.

There are two main reasons for only 3 stars. One is that I do not like providing bank account information for payment and would rather have paid by credit card. The other reason is that even though I paid a good amount for S/H, my order took an inordinately long time to arrive.

The product I got from them seems very weak in comparison to the same product obtained from domestic US sources. I suspect it is either counterfeit or was stored at too high a temperature so that it lost its potency.
