It's not easy to order and pay. And the processing and delivery is LONG.

I ordered from this company a few years ago and it was a little strange but fairly easy. This time I ordered there was a lot of trouble to place the order properly and get the payment done. It was simply unclear as to how to pay and I got 3 different answers from customer service online and on the phone. It took about a month to have the order placed and get my product. I am just happy that I got it at last!

Good price but shipping was delayed

Good price but shipping was delayed by quite a few days. Despite sending an email that my order is being shipped, it really did not ship until I called customer service myself and even then, it was delayed by a few days. Still, their price can not be beat vs the cost of purchasing it without insurance. If you can wait for a prescription, go for it. If you need a medication urgently, might have to double think.

Good drugs - good price - bad business model.

Drugs are good quality at a reasonable price. Shipping is good and reliable. However, Alldaychemist seems to be unable to get their administrative act together. They now have a beautiful, slick web site, but try as you will, it is almost impossible to order from it. They will ask for your VISA card information, then change their bill paying policy, reject your card and you only find out your order never went through when the order is late and you go to check on it. By then you are in a panic because you are almost out of pills. I have been ordering from these people 3 or 4 times a year for the past 10 years and I have trouble with every order. They just can't seem to find a business model that works. It is up to YOU to confirm your order was accepted. Plan to personally make certain your order has shipped.
