Eventually received my order. Went through the credit card process which was seamless ONCE customer service rep provided requisite info. Prior to this I attempted to wire transfer funds to their provided bank acct info - this was the only option offered, initially. For whatever reasons, and given the occasional complexities with international wire transfers, I ended up wasting $70 in fees as the wire transfer failed. Would it not be simpler to just offer the credit card processing method at the outset and dispense with the wire transfer nonsense? Just add a 3% fee to the transaction to cover your costs and be done with it.
