medicine on time

have dealt with ADC for over three years have always liked products. never had problems until end of 2020 now having problems getting medicine delivered. have contacted them and reordered and still nothing. they say because of covid did'nt have problems when it was worst but now on end of 2020. hope to get our medicine shortly.

1 of 2 orders were timely

We made two orders within 2 days of each other. They both processed financially back to back. They were both identified as Covid shipping impacted back to back. They were both released and shipped back to back. One order arrived and the other has not and it is now 10 days after the first delivery and the second package that shipped the same day has still not delivered and the system does not allow me to track when I put in the info to track it.

Disappointed in partially filled tubes

Several of the tubes of Premarin cream have not been full. Seems there are air pockets that perhaps did not allow the tube to completely filled, resulting in having to squeeze tube multiple times when applying until the cream comes up to the opening. Not getting my money’s worth is quite distressing.
