Nice people, but disappointed with order.
First, I must say that the alldaychemist staff were entirely pleasant and helpful; first rate. My 3 star rating is because of two things: Getting them paid was an incredible hassle--First, bank draft wouldn't process, even though funds no issue and I had called my bank to let them know ahead of time. Calls and emails went on for a week before we finally worked out payment via credit card through PayPal. It was a hassle. Second, the product that was the entire basis for the order in the first place (and the major cost of the order total) was not available, and I was not notified until the order was underway. I had ordered two trial items to round up the total toward free shipping, so not getting what I wanted in the first place meant I only received a couple small add-ons that were not essential at all. It was disappointing.
