5 stars for service and quality. ZERO stars for confidentiality. They say that they don't share your info with anyone, yet miraculously within a week of placing an order I get bombarded with calls from numerous online pharmacies soliciting purchase. Callers say I have purchased from them in the past, but I know this is a lie as the only online pharmacy I have ever used is ADC. It is useless to block these phone calls because they are constantly changing their phone number that they are calling from. I have dozens and dozens of blocked numbers iny phone. I'm not saying that my financial information is being hacked, only that my name and phone number is somehow being used to initiate a barrage of unsolicited phone calls within a week of placing an order with ADC.

You substituted a generic for my brand of medicine!

Paid for 6 bottles of Careprost, and you substituted 6 bottles of another brand, “Bimat.” You didn’t notify me that you were substituting a generic brand, and I don’t know that the quality will be as good. I realize that the active ingredient is chemically similar, but why the substitution of a generic brand? Why wasn’t I informed and asked if it was okay, and offered a discount? I have been buying Careprost for years from you, and as a good customer, I would expect better communication.
