I love the product and cost but getting my order proved so difficult last time because of lack of payment options and your credit card processing system not working. if you could get the payment system work out would be 5 star. Thanks!

The products and prices are wonderful …

The products and prices are wonderful but it is always a hassle to pay by credit card. I was denied first in trying to pay on your website. I then contacted VISA thinking it was on there end. They said they had no record of me trying to pay to your company. I tried again and it failed. I then used your customer service and was given another page to pay. This went through but then VISA denied it so I had to contact VISA then I tried again and I think after a couple of tries, it went through. It took about 2 days to get the order complete. Surely there has to a better relationship with credit card companies so this does not have to such a hassle. Also why did my first attempts on your website fail and only after contacting customer service and given another page did it finally work?

I've only used AllDayChemist once

I've only used AllDayChemist once. They did everything expected and I am satisfied with their performance. I only rated them 3 stars because it was my first order. As I order again I'm hopeful of their performance and will rate them higher as we develop a relationship.

I would give them five stars for the product, delivery and price. There is one major problem though. They call me over and over trying to sell more product. This has been going on for several years. I have asked them to take me off their call list they say okay and then keep calling. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and practically pleaded for the to stop calling but they keep calling. They have a system to change numbers frequently so you don't know it is them. They have become a major problem. I have considered changing my phone number to try to escape their calls.

Price is always the key factor

Price is always the key factor. Once you placed your order then people call you to tell you can get the drugs at a better price. The drug that I ordered is causing a spike in my blood pressure. No warning that would indicate that blood pressure would be effected. We send in a list of our medications and this happens. The ball is in your court now.
