Very Slow Service
The company is very slow. They provided a tracking number right away, but it could not be tracked on the USPS website for another two weeks. They promised in an email delivery within a certain number of days, and failed to meet it, so I had to pay to have product forwarded to me while I traveled. They have a chat feature, but the person doing the chat on their end is not very knowledgeable; there is a lot of doubletalk. They will provide the product, and the product is as specified, but it will not be as quick as they advertise. It seems like delivery time is a month, and they appear to provide a tracking number before the order has actually shipped. Guys, all we want is the truth! I had the impression they were stalling.
