Ordering was simple enough, however 3+ weeks for delivery I found to be a bit slow. Also the drugs i purchased were over a year old according to the packaging from the manufacturer.

Slow and cumbersome...

There is likely not much you can do about the shipping and customs process but it is nearly invisible and takes a very long time. The payment process is cumbersome and problematic. Credit cards don't work and lots of folks are hesitant to do echecks with overseas companies. Then you wait days to get to dispensing, then to customs all before being able to track anything. Even after that the tracking info is vague. It was impossible to determine what day a package might arrive. Very poor payment and order filling process. That said, the products work great

Comment After Reply from Alldaychemist

The only problem is that you have stopped selling Estradiol Valerate Injectable for quite a long time and apparently have no plans to restock it in the future. After I received your reply, may I ask, why aren't you more proactive in looking for other suppliers or other alternatives? Your reply says that you will let me know "if ever you receive this item again." A more proactive response would be something like "our logistics or purchasing team is looking for alternate suppliers so as to be able to stock this item once again as soon as possible" and not just wait until you ever receive this item again, don't you think that woud be a much better more proactive response?

Alldaychemist used to have a cumbersome phone tag Credit Card payment option. Recent 'technical problems' prevented use of Credit Cards, recommending ePayments via checking account. While more convenient for Alldaychemist, it is more difficult for customers who sometimes need an ability for 'partial payments over time' which credit cards support.
