Problems with the service
When I finally got the product, it arrived in good condition and was what I ordered. But I did have a couple of problems getting to that point. First, I paid by Zelle. AllDayChemist sent instructions, but they did not correspond at all to my bank's interface for making Zelle payments. In fact, the instructions actually added to my confusion. I sent AllDayChemist detailed notes about my experience trying to use their directions, but did not hear back from them. When the post office tried to deliver the package, the attempt failed, supposedly for lack of a signature. I tried to schedule redelivery, but something about the way AllDayChemist had addressed the package prevented me from doing so using the online rescheduling system. I had to call the post office and ask someone to look into it. They fixed the problem, whatever it was, and it all ended well, But it was a lot more hassle than it should have been.
