Shipping often takes a few days
Shipping often takes a few days, to fill the prescription. I had one during early covid that took weeks. I understand the mail and transport is going slower, but if the product is not dispensed and put into the mail it takes even longer. In the past I've had trouble with using a credit card but that seems to have been fixed. The products are fine and seem to work the same as any sold in the US or Canada.

Shipping was more expensive than normal. No available coupons or promotions. Shipping took longer than normal as well. Satisfied with the product.

The quality of the product I received…
My original order was not the quality I expected, I reached out to the Customer service group. Within a couple of days I was told that they would replace my original order with another similar product. I am rating this a 3 Star for now but may upgrade to a higher rating once I receive and confirm the new product.

Problems with the service
When I finally got the product, it arrived in good condition and was what I ordered. But I did have a couple of problems getting to that point. First, I paid by Zelle. AllDayChemist sent instructions, but they did not correspond at all to my bank's interface for making Zelle payments. In fact, the instructions actually added to my confusion. I sent AllDayChemist detailed notes about my experience trying to use their directions, but did not hear back from them. When the post office tried to deliver the package, the attempt failed, supposedly for lack of a signature. I tried to schedule redelivery, but something about the way AllDayChemist had addressed the package prevented me from doing so using the online rescheduling system. I had to call the post office and ask someone to look into it. They fixed the problem, whatever it was, and it all ended well, But it was a lot more hassle than it should have been.
