Slow shipping and required signature now

Slow shipping. I understand - no problem. But this time my package came as 'signature required' which is difficult since my mailbox is at road 1000' from the house. So - it sat at the post office for over a week. There was nothing special or out of ordinary in this shipment to require signature. I just wish I had been made aware if this is a new policy so I could have been prepared.

I'm really not a fan of any outside…

I'm really not a fan of any outside payment structures Zelle, Paypal, etc would prefer just a e-check payment process, not sure your offering this anymore it's still on the website as a option, but in the past I have used it with success with my other bank, but Chase Bank NA appears to like the e-checking fuction, and to pass this off to other electronic payment structures for what reason not sure? I'd be happy if e-check was back up working again as it is much simpler to use. Otherwise shopping experience here is very good, their customer service is very responsive to questions I've had, and helpful !
