I been a customer for about 10 years purchasing heart medicines so I am familiar with the transaction process before Covid-19. I used to order the stuff and I would receive an email saying that my order was being processed then another that it was being shipped and then somewhere between 2 and 6 weeks it would arrived at my doorstep unannounced requiring a signature. In most cases nobody was home so the USPS left a note. Nothing has changed post Covid-19 with the exception that I get a lot of emails telling me about the progress of my order which seem to be disconnected from what is actually going on and I get these surveys wanting to know how Alldaychemist is doing. I recommend that you conduct further training in your email department so those employees actually understand what they are doing. If that fails, I recommend that you downsize your email department and pass the savings on your customers
