Slow shipping, great company

I have used them twice. Both times I got the product I ordered. I wish there were more payment options. In my case an eCheck did not work and I had to mail them the check. In any case, There is good communication. Got prompt responses to emails I sent them and once they got the check they quickly mailed my order.
