Excellent communication, with quick and secure shipping. However, they made a small mistake in my order, even with reminders and reassurances. They provided a store credit to cover the mistake, but I'd prefer that the order be perfect in the first place.

This company seems decent, they don't spam you with emails. I wish they can improve the way they accept payments, like taking a credit card without having to provide a photo ID.
