Ordering was simple although payment was rather complicated, I think this was to ensure extra security if paying by credit card in the UK. All worked fine though and delivery was pretty quick even if I did have to pay an extortionate amount to get the stuff through UK customs !!

I have been using Alldaychemist for quite a fews years now, and have always had a good service from them. Because I think I only go on infrequently I tend to have a bit of trouble logging in and with payment method. But i always manage to get everything sorted via customer service. This last time I was speaking to a guy named Paul who gave me great help re-setting everything up regarding my account. He so very helpful. I always receive my orders promptly, and exactly what I wanted.

All good (but payment process can be a hassle)

I had a great experience and have used ADC twice now, the second time I had to use a new money transfer service as the one I used originally was no longer accepted. It would be a lot easier to use a credit card/paypal but I guess they have their reasons for not accepting those methods. I searched google and found OFX. Payment went through fine but took a few days and this added an extra week onto the processing time. Once dispatched I received my items very quickly, the total time from ordering to delivery was 12 days! Not bad at all considering the items came all the way from India. Good prices and the customer service was great too. I will use them again.
