Feeling better about experience
Up until now , I've had no problem, however, when placing an order today the Website took all my payment information and confirmed payment but then won't let me see my order or track my package. They sent an email says my order received and confirmed. I emailed them back. We'll see if I get an answer but they made me go to their site through a separate search engine. Hope they haven't taken me for a ride. !!UPDATE!! Next day:So far so good. They promptly responded to my queries, although I was on hold until after their business hours., I did get a response from " chat" almost immediately so I went with that. They've reassured me and so far assured me that although I can't track my package( due to the website only allowing me to order as a guest) they will track it for me and email me updates. I now have an order # to refer to if there's more problems. I'm impressed with the customer service so far. I'll update if they do or do not keep their promise, and post again soon. Hope this is the end of problems.;-)!!UPDATE!! As promised they emailed me a tracking # in 3 days and I'm able to track my order! Will be updating to 5 stars ( up from the 1) once I receive it. Again, good customer service is a quality not all companies have, I'm impressed!. March 14 and received my ordered products , all as promised. Thank you AllDayChemist for turning my experience around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
