Customer over five years

I have been ordering with alldaychemist for over five years. I am pleased with their pricing and customer service. Whenever there has been a mistake they have corrected it and resent the order out promptly. Making payments is a bit of a hassle and I usually have to submit at least 3 times before it goes through but eventually it works. The biggest hassle for me is that the orders require a signature and I have to go to the post office and get the order because I am never home to sign for an order during the day.

Difficult payment process, but great product line.

The initial payment process was quite cumbersome. After submitting my BOA account info 3 times, Customer Service asked if there was another bank account I could use. When I submitted my husband’s account (same bank!) it went through right away. By that time I was so frustrated by the delay in placing the order, I didn’t question it further. The shipping was another 10-14 days. I am very satisfied w the product and price, and now that I have an account, I would use ADC again. It is too bad the initial payment process is so cumbersome. Other customer reviews helped me hang in there.

Took a while for my bitcoin transaction…

Took a while for my bitcoin transaction to clear. Had to contact them directly with all the transfer data to get it verified but they responded quickly and I received the order on time and well packaged.

would be 5 but payment can be challenging - credit card suspect of foreign purchase and need to pre-approve it. Alldaychemist communicated that could be the issue and kept my business.
