Product Excellence - Tedious Purchasing Proceedures
I have been a customer of All Day Chemist for 5 years. I can purchase the asthma medications I need for a very small fraction of what they would cost me in the US and the manufacturers are the same so I do not have to compromise on drug quality. My only criticism is the purchasing process I must go through, i.e. writing a check, having it approved, sending it snail mail to India and waiting about 6 weeks for the drugs to be delivered. I am convinced this process is convoluted by regulations of the US government and are not the fault of ADC. I do wish ADC would accept credit cards as a form of payment. It would greatly speed the purchasing process and allow for faster delivery of medications.
