My credit card was used as a cash transaction which means that I have to pay an additional fee on my monthly statement. Why are you booking this transaction as a cash transaction? I purchase the generic of Latisse which costs $12.50 rather than $100. It's an incredible value. I've had trouble with the online payment options, and now have to email a copy of my check to them to ok, then snail mail the check. It would be great if they just took credit cards and could do away with this time-consuming payment process. Otherwise, All Day Chemist is great, including customer service.

Generic Latisse

I have purchased 6 bottles at a time on four different occasions. Although I received a bottle that was empty, the company reimbursed my account for the empty one. The generic latisse (Bimat) does not seem to be working well. I am now back to the Careprost brand to see if it works better.
