Good prices and service, but long wait

Good prices and service. Delivery takes too long tho, I feel they could shorten the lag by reducing the time between placing an order and actual shipment. Or faster shipment options.

My first time to use them

My first time to use them. Great value and I am doing great on their brands. They saved me a lot of money. I wish there was a way they could take credit cards or pay pal. It takes about 3 weeks to get my order. I will be a regular customer now.

Good service but......

First, the service itself was great. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is this: So far I have placed 2 orders with ADC. 2 days after I received my 2nd order I received a duplicate order. I contacted ADC and inquired about it and asked for a return shipping label to return it. The service rep said he/she would look into it and get back with me. The next day via email I was told I had placed 3 orders, not two. I went to my account and replied with the 2 order numbers which confirmed just 2 orders. At this point the service rep stopped communicating. I still have the 3rd order and will ship back if provided a return paid shipping label. I don't even know if I was charged for it. Since it was paid by check I don't think so but who knows. I would like some clarity on this matter. This is why they don't get 5 stars.

I have had a great experience each time …

I have had a great experience each time I have ordered from All Day Chemist. The only thing I would say that would make it easier, is if I had the option from the beginning of placing an order to pay by CC. I dislike having to put my routing and account number as a form of payment.
