I would give 5 stars for customer service but only rated as 4 stars as the price keeps going up, especially the last year. Let's keep this an economical alternative please! The resupply took 6 weeks to deliver this spring so in an abundance of caution I reordered right away and it only took 4 weeks. Best to give extra time and expect delays. Good job overall!

Shipping and delivery were very smooth. Payment had some hiccups. I wish the billing had been instantaneous, rather than taking several hours, it made getting my bank to approve charges difficult. All else was great

Reliable company!

This is my second time ordering from ADC and I am pleased with the product and the service. Only complaint is the long wait for shipping, which was forewarned and explained, but still a very long order process. Probably best to order extra to have on hand before the need to reorder!
