The only reason you lost a star was…

The only reason you lost a star was two-fold. First one was not really your fault, but the shipping delays due to Covid-19. Communication regarding those delays was fairly good. I was sad not to be able to order the usual amount of my Sero-flo tabs, so I waited two months for 3 months supply. Now I have to order again so I don't run out! That being said, I love having you there and appreciate what you do.
