I initially left a bad review because the original email contact I had with customer support did not explain anything to me other than saying there was nothing they could do. Considering informative replies here, as well as personal contact by email, I feel my confidence is restored in this service! My only suggestion would be more openness from the start. Thank you for taking the time to treat me like a thinking being instead of as an order number.
