I had a little problem with my payment…

I had a little problem with my payment I took more than a week to process my payment and that caused my delivery to be delayed I wish the payment system was easier but once payment was processed it took a total of 11 days to receive my products and I’m very please with the quality and shipping nothing was damaged.

I gave this service 4 stars because I felt it was fairly easy to order and although, a bit different in payment processing went smoothly. The only thing I had issues with is response time when I was unable to track my package. I didn't not receive an email back until my package had been delivered, and they told me it had been delivered. (Which defeats the purpose) The tracking came up showing as there was no record of my ID or number. This is worrisome since it is such a long wait to receive the products. (Not complaining about the timing as they are very clear timing is delayed due to Covid.) So I would say response time to technical issues could be increased. Other than that, I'm pleased.
