Got what I ordered and got it on time! It's not as seamless as ordering from Amazon, but it's easy enough when considering what it is. It wasn't clear whether I'd need a prescription (I didn't, in the end), and wasn't clear whether I'd need to send pictures of my ID (I didn't, in the end), and wasn't clear whether I'd need to speak to a live person on the phone (I missed the call, but was able to leave a message) -- but at this point I have everything that I needed from them. It was a good experience in the end :)

Excellent customer service, quick to respond and fast shipping. I would have given 5 Stars, however; I removed one due to the following: I had a coupon code, that worked when entered, however; it was not honored. The product arrived in a timely manner and undamaged.
