Good Products Slow Service

Good Products Slow Service. I love the products and the prices, but the service is quite slow. It takes weeks to get my order to me in California. I don't know if it's a problem at source or if it's the Chinese mail system or the U.S. system, but I have to order weeks before I actually need the product. The employees are very amiable and try to solve problems promptly. Good customer relations. Representatives are easy to reach and reply promptly. Their English is excellent and easily understood. I've been ordering from them for several years.

Quality Control

Service, as always, was great. Quality of products is questionable. I have had the same results as many others. Quality control seems to be indifferent with many products. Some pills work well, some don't seem to work at all. Is it my body getting too used to the product? Or is it the Quality Control? I don't know.

I have been buying Careprost for a few years with confidence from Alldaychemist. The only issue I've experienced is how to pay for it. The site for sending funds is unfamiliar to me. I accidentally sent too many orders in. I was happy they called me to correct my mistake.

Have been buying from Alldaychemist for many years now and have received all packages every time I have ordered. Would give them 5 starts except that delivery has been a little slower over last few months and I notice my meds now are being shipped from Singapore.This does not make it any less reason to buy from Allday but delivery is a little slow.
