Excellent shipping times, products, and customer service

Excellent shipping times, excellent customer service and follow-up. They are available every step of the way, from when an order is placed, to confirmation of payment, to finally letting you know that the items will be delivered that day. From order to receipt is usually around 10-15 days which is really great in my opinion. I think very highly of this company and am hard-pressed to recall any other company in recent history that has the level of customer service that they do. They really care about customer retention and they offer a large array of products to choose from.
