I have never shopped where customer service rep calls me to confirm my order before. CSR makes sure my order is correct & everything is in order. Also, I get email confirmations when my package is shipped & tracking # is a plus. I can always get in touch with an online CSR to walk me through the process of ordering. Over all, I'm very impressed with the service. The price, of course, is very reasonable.
