There was a mistake and the manly was…wrong product

There was a mistake and the manly was substituted instead of the manly package which I wanted.... Then I called and talked to a very rude agent and asked for a supervisor, was told supervisor wasn’t available, I left my number for a call back...... I’m still waiting for a call back
