I have been a customer for some years. My orders are always filled accurately and shipped relatively quickly. There has never been a problem with delivery. The only minor difficulty is that I have to place an order almost a month before the need will arise for the products. But really only a minor inconvenience. The shipping is, after all, halfway around the world...Normally, I receive the order within 2-3 weeks. Very highly recommend this company. Service is always great, the products are excellent.
