This company goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Not too long ago the post office lost a package and I called to see if they knew anything about it and they said they would look into it. The next day the same order was sent to the company That fills the order processes it and sends it out for shipment. Before I knew it my medicine was again on it's way and arrived safely within a week. I was never charged. They had one goal and that was to make sure their customer was taken care of properly. That's only one example. There has been other times like a problem with my credit card they stayed on it until it was resolved and got the order moving. They don't know what down time is because it's something they don't let you experience. This company is what customer service is all about. They get 10 stars in my book. Other companies could learn from this dedicated team.

The prices charged are so reasonable, especially for a senior on social security alone. I can usually find anything I am looking for on the site, and I know the service will be excellent, friendly, and on time.
