Excellent customer support and payment safety!

The level of customer support and the actual ability to talk with someone when purchasing from a company located in India is breathtaking. There is always a live person to talk to OR chat with about a product or a particular order. I was a bit nervous about providing information for a direct debit from my checking account. After checking my account multiple upon multiple times I did not find any unauthorized charges or debits!!! Will purchase from them again!
