I came back after positive changes
Being a former customer I'm surprise about the changes. Years ago I used to be a customer. After a bad experience with customer service I stop using the services.The delivery fee was expensive already to make it worse with the customer service. At that moment apparently they can't track my package and there was no internal communication due each representative with whom I talked gave me a different version. Then, after years I came back. Looking for an specific item, but reluctant to get involved again. I notice that the webpage changed and so the process. I decided then to give it a try. First thing I notice is that I can buy as a "guest" . Account is optional. Then the whole process to find the item and checkout was easy. Payment method and process was even easier. At that point I like it already. Even better, I received the package extremely fast. Well wrapped and in good conditions. In a nutshell, now the process from buying to receiving has been simplify for the customer. Not only that, delivery is faster. I'm please with the service. I'm back as a customer and will definitely recommend it. I hope changes are not only for customer but employees too. Happy employees= better service=happy customers=more money for the company. Easy equation.
