The product I recieved is a working generic, and I got it at a ridiculously good price thanks to a sale they were having. Satisfied with it. I only had one small hiccup, which was during the bank transfer payment, they kept saying my funds werent received, until I got them to actually call up their own bank to confirm it (it was indeed recieved). Other than that everything else went smoothly. Great customer support throughout the above issue and package was well protected
